Dik Dik Antalope

Dik-diks are the smallest antelope species, they are about 30 to 45 cm tall and weigh between 3 to 6 kg. They have long snouts that help cool their blood, large eyes for excellent vision, and distinctive dark spots below their eyes that contain preorbital glands used for scent marking.
During this project i did intense reaserch on skelital and muscle anatomy, I Started by gathering lots of referance then i did a anatomy study to better understand the anatomy resulting in a more accurate sculpt. i then blocked out the skelliton then followed my referances as close as possible. after compleating the skeliton i followed the same process wilst sculpting the muscles and the skin. then finaly i retopolagized all the parts ready for the next stage of the project, rigging, texturing and grooming.
