This margay was first sculpted in ZBrush in a riggable pose, I saved that version of the model and will create a rigged, textured, groomed and animated render.
This version was posed and sculpted a tree for the margay to stand in. I modelled this version of the margay so it would be ready for the 3D printer.
Although the margay resembles its close relatives, the ocelots, the margay has a smaller body with a shorter head, larger eyes and paws, and a longer tail. Its head-to-body length ranges from 48-79 cm, while its tail length is 33-51 cm.
